May 28–Governor Mitt Romney is starting to make good on his pledge to revamp the state’s auto insurance system.
A quasi-public industry group yesterday approved regulations that will begin to change the way the state’s high-risk drivers are distributed among insurance companies, a high priority for Romney, who says the current system is a major deterrent to competition.
